Hear My Music is a charity, founded in 2010, enabling people with complex needs and/or autism to express themselves as individuals through inclusive, participant-led music making.

We believe that music is a powerful tool for communication that can, and does, change lives.

We believe that everyone should be able to access this in whatever way best suits them.

Participant-led music making is at the heart of every HMM project. By starting each project with no preconceived themes or specific musical ideas, HMM ensures that the participants who have the most complex needs are the ones in control of the musical material.
